Built a fully independent IT and security environment - new Microsoft 365 tenant, Azure infrastructure and secure network architecture, while maintaining business continuity. Delivered tenant-to-tenant migration, mail routing and device rollout aligned to CIS security standards.

Supported the national rollout of Microsoft 365, Teams telephony and device management using Intune across remote and historically sensitive sites. Coordinated across IT, security, business managers and data analysts to ensure a compliant, low-disruption transition.

Thomas Cook (Apr 2018 – Oct 2019)
Led a £5 million network and telephony transformation programme across 90+ European sites. Implemented cloud-based telephony and SD-WAN capability, transitioned support from third-party providers to internal teams, and delivered performance hubs supporting AWS, VMware and Azure environments.
